Apex Forensics is a structural engineering firm specializing in forensic evaluations, real estate inspections, and insurance claim support across the Southeast. We’re known for delivering fast, clear, defensible engineering opinions—without the red tape.

We’re looking to expand with a licensed PE who can independently manage field work, report drafting, and client communication with minimal oversight. This is a key step toward scaling Apex Forensics for future growth and eventual sale.

What You'll Be Doing

Performing structural evaluations for real estate transactions (settlement, framing, foundation concerns)
Handling insurance claim work
Supporting attorney-requested inspections and expert documentation
Managing direct requests from homeowners, realtors, and contractors

Who We're Looking For

Currently licensed PE (Civil or Structural)
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and experienced in field inspections
Clear, confident writer who can use templates or build clear reports from scratch
Comfortable working in residential environments and client-facing roles

Priority Regions

If you’re not yet licensed in these states, we will assist with licensure, NCEES record setup, and coordination—we’ll handle the backend to help you start fast.
